ग्नाश्च॒ यन्नर॑श्च वावृ॒धन्त॒ विश्वे॑ दे॒वासो॑ न॒रां स्वगू॑र्ताः। प्रैभ्य॑ इन्द्रावरुणा महि॒त्वा द्यौश्च॑ पृथिवि भूतमु॒र्वी ॥४॥
gnāś ca yan naraś ca vāvṛdhanta viśve devāso narāṁ svagūrtāḥ | praibhya indrāvaruṇā mahitvā dyauś ca pṛthivi bhūtam urvī ||
ग्नाः। च॒। यत्। नरः॑। च॒। व॒वृ॒धन्त॑। विश्वे॑। दे॒वासः॑। न॒राम्। स्वऽगू॑र्ताः। प्र। ए॒भ्यः॒। इ॒न्द्रा॒व॒रु॒णा॒। म॒हि॒ऽत्वा। द्यौः। च॒। पृ॒थि॒वि॒। भू॒त॒म्। उ॒र्वी इति॑ ॥४॥

यद्ये विश्वे देवासो नरश्च स्वगूर्त्ता नरां ग्नाः स्वकीयाश्च ग्नाः प्राप्य वावृधन्त प्रैभ्य इन्द्रावरुणोर्वी पृथिवि द्यौश्चेव वर्त्तमानौ महित्वा भूतं वर्धेते ते सर्वे मनुष्यैः सत्कर्त्तव्याः सन्ति ॥४॥

What should they do with whom-is told.
All those enlightened persons and other leading men, who are industrious with their own vigor, having attained the speeches of others as well as their own, grow from all sides. From them, like the electricity and sun or like the heaven and earth, with their greatness they (the President of the council of ministers and Chief Commander of the army) grow. They should all be honored.
