इन्द्रा॑वरुणा सुतपावि॒मं सु॒तं सोमं॑ पिबतं॒ मद्यं॑ धृतव्रता। यु॒वो रथो॑ अध्व॒रं दे॒ववी॑तये॒ प्रति॒ स्वस॑र॒मुप॑ याति पी॒तये॑ ॥१०॥
indrāvaruṇā sutapāv imaṁ sutaṁ somam pibatam madyaṁ dhṛtavratā | yuvo ratho adhvaraṁ devavītaye prati svasaram upa yāti pītaye ||
इन्द्रा॑वरुणा। सु॒त॒ऽपौ॒। इ॒मम्। सु॒तम्। सोम॑म्। पि॒ब॒त॒म्। मद्य॑म्। धृ॒त॒ऽव्र॒ता॒। यु॒वोः। रथः॑। अ॒ध्व॒रम्। दे॒वऽवी॑तये। प्रति॑। स्वस॑रम्। उप॑। या॒ति॒। पी॒तये॑ ॥१०॥

फिर वे राज प्रजाजन क्या करके कैसे हो, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

पुनस्ते राजप्रजाजनाः किं कृत्वा कीदृशा भवेयुरित्याह ॥
हे इन्द्रावरुणेव सुतपौ धृतव्रता सभासेनेशौ ! ययोर्युवो रथो देववीतये पीतये प्रति स्वसरमध्वरमुप याति ताविमं सुतं मद्यं सोमं प्रति पिबतम् ॥१०॥

How should the king and his subjects be after doing what is told.
O President of the council of ministers and Commander-in-Chief of the army! you who are splendid like electricity and who have observed Brahmacharya (abstinence) and other kinds of austerity (Japa) well, who uphold many vows or good actions, whose vehicle in the form of the aircraft etc. comes every day to the place of Yajna or non-violent sacrifice for the attainment of divine virtues, drink the extracted juice of the great herbs and drugs which is very delightful.
