इ॒यं शुष्मे॑भिर्बिस॒खाइ॑वारुज॒त्सानु॑ गिरी॒णां त॑वि॒षेभि॑रू॒र्मिभिः॑। पा॒रा॒व॒त॒घ्नीमव॑से सुवृ॒क्तिभिः॒ सर॑स्वती॒मा वि॑वासेम धी॒तिभिः॑ ॥२॥
iyaṁ śuṣmebhir bisakhā ivārujat sānu girīṇāṁ taviṣebhir ūrmibhiḥ | pārāvataghnīm avase suvṛktibhiḥ sarasvatīm ā vivāsema dhītibhiḥ ||
इ॒यम्। शुष्मे॑भिः। बि॒स॒खाःऽइ॑व। अ॒रु॒ज॒त्। सानु॑। गि॒री॒णाम्। त॒वि॒षेभिः॑। ऊ॒र्मिऽभिः॑। पा॒रा॒व॒त॒ऽघ्नीम्। अव॑से। सु॒वृ॒क्तिऽभिः॑। सर॑स्वतीम्। आ। वि॒वा॒से॒म॒। धी॒तिऽभिः॑ ॥२॥

फिर वह क्या करती है, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

अविद्या विनाश व सुदूर लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति

पुनः सा किं करोतीत्याह ॥
हे विद्वांसो ! येयं शुष्मेभिर्बिसखाइव तविषेभिरूर्भिभिर्गिरीणां सान्वरुजत्तां पारावतघ्नीं सरस्वतीं धीतिभिः सुवृक्तिभिरवसे यथा वयमा विवासेम तथा यूयमिमां सदा सेवध्वम् ॥२॥

What does speech do-is told.
O enlightened persons ! this cultured speech is like a river, which with its great force bursts with its strong and great waves the ridges of the hills (or the top of the clouds) as one who digs stems of lotus. She (refined speech) is like a river rending asunder the banks which we should serve from all sides with the acts dispelling all doubts for our protection and advancement. You should also do so.
