विश्वा॑सां गृ॒हप॑तिर्वि॒शाम॑सि॒ त्वम॑ग्ने॒ मानु॑षीणाम्। श॒तं पू॒र्भिर्य॑विष्ठ पा॒ह्यंह॑सः समे॒द्धारं॑ श॒तं हिमाः॑ स्तो॒तृभ्यो॒ ये च॒ दद॑ति ॥८॥
viśvāsāṁ gṛhapatir viśām asi tvam agne mānuṣīṇām | śatam pūrbhir yaviṣṭha pāhy aṁhasaḥ sameddhāraṁ śataṁ himāḥ stotṛbhyo ye ca dadati ||
विश्वा॑साम्। गृ॒हऽप॑तिः। वि॒शाम्। अ॒सि॒। त्वम्। अ॒ग्ने॒। मानु॑षीणाम्। श॒तम्। पूः॒ऽभिः। य॒वि॒ष्ठ॒। पा॒हि॒। अंह॑सः। स॒म्ऽए॒द्धार॑म्। श॒तम्। हिमाः॑। स्तो॒तृऽभ्यः॑। ये। च॒। दद॑ति ॥८॥

फिर वह राजा क्या करे, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

पुनः स राजा किं कुर्यादित्याह ॥
हे यविष्ठाग्ने ! ये स्तोतृभ्यः शतं हिमाः समेद्धारं ददति शुभान् गुणांश्च गृहीत्वा प्रयच्छन्ति तैस्सह युक्तानां विश्वासां मानुषीणां विशां यतस्त्वं गृहपतिरसि पूर्भिस्सहैतेभ्यः शतं ददाति तस्मादस्मानंहसः पाहि ॥८॥

What should a king do again-is further told.
O king ! you are endowed with the physical and spiritual power, burner of the wicked, as you are the protector and master of the heroes of all your subjects, who give liberally to the enlightened persons, who are illuminators of hundreds of means of progress and, who having accepted good virtues, give them to others and give hundreds of things with the accommodation in the cities to such wise people. Therefore, save us from all sins.
