स नो॑ नि॒युद्भि॒रा पृ॑ण॒ कामं॒ वाजे॑भिर॒श्विभिः॑। गोम॑द्भिर्गोपते धृ॒षत् ॥२१॥
sa no niyudbhir ā pṛṇa kāmaṁ vājebhir aśvibhiḥ | gomadbhir gopate dhṛṣat ||
सः। नः॒। नि॒युत्ऽभिः॑। आ। पृ॒ण॒। काम॑म्। वाजे॑ऽभिः। अ॒श्विऽभिः॑। गोम॑त्ऽभिः। गो॒ऽप॒ते॒। धृ॒षत् ॥२१॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर राजा और प्रजाजन परस्पर किसकी शोभा करें, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

'गोमद्धिः अश्विभिः' वाजेभिः

हे गोपते ! स धृषत्त्वं वाजेभिर्नियुद्भिर्गोमद्भिरश्विभिर्नः काममा पृण ॥२१॥

What should authorities of the State and the people do to adorn one another is told.
O lord of the land ! you being bold, fulfil our noble desires, with the help of the givers of knowledge and: food-grains etc.; with reasonable acts with men, who are possessors of good land, cows and admirable speech and with the co-operation of the benevolent men, who are like the sun and the moon.
