वृषा॑सि दि॒वो वृ॑ष॒भः पृ॑थि॒व्या वृषा॒ सिन्धू॑नां वृष॒भः स्तिया॑नाम्। वृष्णे॑ त॒ इन्दु॑र्वृषभ पीपाय स्वा॒दू रसो॑ मधु॒पेयो॒ वरा॑य ॥२१॥
vṛṣāsi divo vṛṣabhaḥ pṛthivyā vṛṣā sindhūnāṁ vṛṣabhaḥ stiyānām | vṛṣṇe ta indur vṛṣabha pīpāya svādū raso madhupeyo varāya ||
वृषा॑। अ॒सि॒। दि॒वः। वृ॒ष॒भः। पृ॒थि॒व्याः। वृषा॑। सिन्धू॑नाम्। वृ॒ष॒भः। स्तिया॑नाम्। वृष्णे॑। ते॒। इन्दुः॑। वृ॒ष॒भ॒। पी॒पा॒य॒। स्वा॒दुः। रसः॑। म॒धु॒ऽपेयः॑। वरा॑य ॥२१॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर वह राजा कैसा होवे, इस विषय का कहते हैं ॥

'स्वादुः रसः मधुपेयः ' सोमः

पुनः स राजा कीदृशः स्यादित्याह ॥
हे वृषभेन्द्र ! यतस्त्वं दिवो वृषभः पृथिव्या वृषा सिन्धूनां वृषा स्तियानां वृषभोऽसि ते वराय वृष्णे पीपाय स्वादुरिन्दू रसो मधुपेयो रसोऽस्तु ॥२१॥

How should a king be-is told.
O mightiest king! subduer of the strength of the enemies, you are mighty like the rays of the sun, mighty on the face of the earth, showerer of happiness like the water of the rivers or oceans, knower of the attributes of animates and inanimate things. Let this Soma juice mixed with honey, which is very delicious, be for your drinking, as you are the best.
