उद॒भ्राणी॑व स्त॒नय॑न्निय॒र्तीन्द्रो॒ राधां॒स्यश्व्या॑नि॒ गव्या॑। त्वम॑सि प्र॒दिवः॑ का॒रुधा॑या॒ मा त्वा॑दा॒मान॒ आ द॑भन्म॒घोनः॑ ॥१२॥
ud abhrāṇīva stanayann iyartīndro rādhāṁsy aśvyāni gavyā | tvam asi pradivaḥ kārudhāyā mā tvādāmāna ā dabhan maghonaḥ ||
उत्। अ॒भ्राणि॑ऽइव। स्त॒नय॑न्। इ॒य॒र्ति॒। इन्द्रः॑। राधां॑सि। अश्व्या॑नि। गव्या॑। त्वम्। अ॒सि॒। प्र॒ऽदिवः॑। का॒रुऽधा॑याः। मा। त्वा॒। अ॒दा॒मानः॑। आ। द॒भ॒न्। म॒घोनः॑ ॥१२॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर वह राजा किसके सदृश क्या करे, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

पुनः स राजा किंवत्किं कुर्यादित्याह ॥
हे राजन् ! यतः स्तनयन् कारुधाया इन्द्रोऽभ्राणीवाश्व्यानि गव्या राधांस्युदियर्त्ति प्रदिवो मघोनः स ग्रहीतास्ति यथाऽदामानस्त्वा मा आ दभन्मघोनो मा आदभंस्तथा त्वं यदि कृतवानसि तर्हि त्वयि को नतो भवति ॥१२॥

What should a king do like and for whom-is told.
As the lightning impels the rain-clouds, so the good king, uttering good words and upholding learned artists and artisans send riches, which bestow happiness that are beneficial to the horses and cattle. He is the supporter or lover of the wealthy persons, intensely desiring the welfare of all. Let not the miserly fellows harm you. Let them not give trouble to the rich. If you behave in this manner, who is it that will not bow before you.
