सु॒तः सोमो॒ असु॑तादिन्द्र॒ वस्या॑न॒यं श्रेया॑ञ्चिकि॒तुषे॒ रणा॑य। ए॒तं ति॑तिर्व॒ उप॑ याहि य॒ज्ञं तेन॒ विश्वा॒स्तवि॑षी॒रा पृ॑णस्व ॥४॥
sutaḥ somo asutād indra vasyān ayaṁ śreyāñ cikituṣe raṇāya | etaṁ titirva upa yāhi yajñaṁ tena viśvās taviṣīr ā pṛṇasva ||
सु॒तः। सोमः॑। असु॑तात्। इ॒न्द्र॒। वस्या॑न्। अ॒यम्। श्रेया॑न्। चि॒कि॒तुषे॑। रणा॑य। ए॒तम्। ति॒ति॒र्वः॒। उप॑। या॒हि॒। य॒ज्ञम्। तेन॑। विश्वाः॑। तवि॑षीः। आ। पृ॒ण॒स्व॒ ॥४॥

फिर वह राजा क्या करे, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

चिकितुषे रणाय
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनः स राजा किं कुर्य्यादित्याह ॥
हे तितिर्व इन्द्र ! योऽयं चिकितुषे रणाय श्रेयान् वस्यानसुतात् सोमः सुतोऽस्ति, एतं यज्ञं त्वमुप याहि तेन विश्वास्तविषीरा पृणस्व ॥४॥
