स नी॒व्या॑भिर्जरि॒तार॒मच्छा॑ म॒हो वाजे॑भिर्म॒हद्भि॑श्च॒ शुष्मैः॑। पु॒रु॒वीरा॑भिर्वृषभ क्षिती॒नामा गि॑र्वणः सुवि॒ताय॒ प्र या॑हि ॥४॥
sa nīvyābhir jaritāram acchā maho vājebhir mahadbhiś ca śuṣmaiḥ | puruvīrābhir vṛṣabha kṣitīnām ā girvaṇaḥ suvitāya pra yāhi ||
सः। नी॒व्या॑भिः। ज॒रि॒तार॑म्। अच्छ॑। म॒हः। वाजे॑भिः। म॒हत्ऽभिः॑। च॒। शुष्मैः॑। पु॒रु॒ऽवीरा॑भिः। वृ॒ष॒भ॒। क्षि॒ती॒नाम्। आ। गि॒र्व॒णः॒। सु॒वि॒ताय॑। प्र। या॒हि॒ ॥४॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
नीव्याभिः-पुरुवीराभिः
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे वृषभ गिर्वण इन्द्र राजन्त्स त्वं नीव्याभिर्वाजेभिर्महद्भिः शुष्मैर्युक्ताभिः पुरुवीराभिः सेनाभिस्सह क्षितीनां सुविताय प्राऽऽयाहि महो जरितारं चाऽच्छा याहि ॥४॥

O mightiest king ! served or honored with good words, come forward for the peoples' welfare along with great and mighty men who are endowed with impetus, knowledge and other virtues and with armies consisting of many heroes and bearing in mind their goal to urge on them to discharge their duties. Come to your admirers when invited by them.
