त्वं कुत्से॑ना॒भि शुष्ण॑मिन्द्रा॒शुषं॑ युध्य॒ कुय॑वं॒ गवि॑ष्टौ। दश॑ प्रपि॒त्वे अध॒ सूर्य॑स्य मुषा॒यश्च॒क्रमवि॑वे॒ रपां॑सि ॥३॥
tvaṁ kutsenābhi śuṣṇam indrāśuṣaṁ yudhya kuyavaṁ gaviṣṭau | daśa prapitve adha sūryasya muṣāyaś cakram avive rapāṁsi ||
त्वम्। कुत्से॑न। अ॒भि। शुष्ण॑म्। इ॒न्द्र॒। अ॒शुष॑म्। यु॒ध्य॒। कुय॑वम्। गवि॑ष्टौ। दश॑। प्र॒ऽपि॒त्वे। अध॑। सूर्य॑स्य। मु॒षा॒यः। च॒क्रम्। अवि॑वेः। रपां॑सि ॥३॥

फिर राजा क्या करे, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
काम, लोभ व क्रोध का विनाश
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुना राज्ञा किं कर्त्तव्यमित्याह ॥
हे इन्द्र ! त्वं शुष्णमशुषं कुत्सेन गविष्टौ कुयवमभि युध्याध प्रपित्वे दश रपांसि मुषायः सूर्यस्य चक्रमविवेः ॥३॥

What should a king do-is further told.
O Indra-king! giver of great wealth, attain inexhaustible strength and fight with that wicked person who sells bad barley and other articles of food etc. with your thunder belt- like weapon in day time when there is the commingling of the rays of the sun. On the attainment of wealth and prosperity, refrain from doing ten kinds of sins which are harmful to all and administer the state like the cycle or wheel of the sun.
