प्रथि॑ष्ट॒ याम॑न्पृथि॒वी चि॑देषां॒ भर्ते॑व॒ गर्भं॒ स्वमिच्छवो॑ धुः। वाता॒न्ह्यश्वा॑न्धु॒र्या॑युयु॒ज्रे व॒र्षँ स्वेदं॑ चक्रिरे रु॒द्रिया॑सः ॥७॥
prathiṣṭa yāman pṛthivī cid eṣām bharteva garbhaṁ svam ic chavo dhuḥ | vātān hy aśvān dhury āyuyujre varṣaṁ svedaṁ cakrire rudriyāsaḥ ||
प्रथि॑ष्ट। याम॑न्। पृ॒थि॒वी। चि॒त्। ए॒षा॒म्। भर्ता॑ऽइव। गर्भ॑म्। स्वम्। इत्। शवः॑। धुः॒। वाता॑न्। हि। अश्वा॑न्। धु॒रि। आ॒ऽयु॒यु॒ज्रे। व॒र्षम्। स्वेद॑म्। च॒क्रि॒रे॒। रु॒द्रिया॑सः ॥७॥

फिर विद्वद्विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
वर्षं स्वेदं चक्रिरे रुद्रियासः
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनर्विद्वद्विषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! यथैषां मध्ये पृथिवी यामन् गर्भं भर्त्तेव प्रथिष्ट तथा भवन्तः स्वं शव इद् धुरि धुरश्वान् वातानायुयुज्रे चिदपि रुद्रियासः सन्त स्वेदमिव हि वर्षं चक्रिरे ॥७॥

The attributes and duties of the enlightened person are told.
O men ! as the earth which sustains the generative power in proper time, as a wife preserves the semen received from her husband, in the same manner, you use your own strength and employ the winds like the horses, harnessed to the yoke. The brave men who are experts in making the wicked weep, shower happiness and joy from the sweat of their brow while doing labour they change their sweat into rains (work hard, Ed. so to speak.
