अ॒ग्निर्जा॒तो अ॑रोचत॒ घ्नन्दस्यू॒ञ्ज्योति॑षा॒ तमः॑। अवि॑न्द॒द्गा अ॒पः स्वः॑ ॥४॥
agnir jāto arocata ghnan dasyūñ jyotiṣā tamaḥ | avindad gā apaḥ svaḥ ||
अ॒ग्निः। जा॒तः। अ॒रो॒च॒त॒। घ्नन्। दस्यू॑न्। ज्योति॑षा। तमः॑। अवि॑न्दत्। गाः। अ॒पः। स्व१॒॑रिति॒ स्वः॑ ॥४॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर अग्निविषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
अविन्दद् गाः अपः स्वः
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनरग्निविषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! राजा यथा जातोऽग्निर्ज्योतिषां तमो घ्नन्नरोचत गा अपः स्वश्चाऽविन्दत् तथा जातविद्याविनयो दस्यून् घ्नन् न्यायेनाऽन्यायं निवार्य्य विजयं कीर्तिं च लभेत ॥४॥

Agni (fire and king) is told further.
O men ! as the fire as soon as (manifested) blazes brightly, dispersing with its luster darkness (of smoke), and gets in touch with the rays of the sun, firmament and clouds, in the same manner, a king endowed with knowledge and humility, slaying the wicked thieves, dispels injustice with justice, achieves victory and gets good reputation.
