आ नो॑ यातं दि॒वो अच्छा॑ पृथि॒व्या हि॑र॒ण्यये॑न सु॒वृता॒ रथे॑न। मा वा॑म॒न्ये नि य॑मन्देव॒यन्तः॒ सं यद्द॒दे नाभिः॑ पू॒र्व्या वा॑म् ॥५॥
ā no yātaṁ divo acchā pṛthivyā hiraṇyayena suvṛtā rathena | mā vām anye ni yaman devayantaḥ saṁ yad dade nābhiḥ pūrvyā vām ||
आ। नः॒। या॒त॒म्। दि॒वः। अच्छ॑। पृ॒थि॒व्याः। हि॒र॒ण्यये॑न। सु॒ऽवृता॑। रथे॑न। मा। वा॒म्। अ॒न्ये। नि। य॒म॒न्। दे॒व॒ऽयन्तः॑। सम्। यत्। द॒दे। नाभिः॑। पू॒र्व्या। वा॒म् ॥५॥

अब राजा और अमात्य विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं ॥

अथ राजामात्यविषयमाह ॥
हे पूर्व्या राजाऽमात्यौ ! वां सुवृता हिरण्ययेन रथेन पृथिव्या दिवो नोऽच्छाऽऽयातम्। यतोऽन्ये देवयन्तो वां मा नियमन् यदहं नाभिरिव वां सन्ददे तद्गृह्णीतम् ॥५॥

The duties of the kings and their ministers are told.
O king and prime minister ! you are experts in doing good deeds done, similar to your ancestors well. Come to us on earth. We desire you to visit in a well-constructed, covered and beautifully decked with gold etc. vehicle, like an aircraft. May not others who are your favorites, restrain you. Please accept what I give you as a representative (lit. a navel or Centre) of the people.
