इ॒मं य॒ज्ञं त्वम॒स्माक॑मिन्द्र पु॒रो दध॑त्सनिष्यसि॒ क्रतुं॑ नः। श्व॒ध्नीव॑ वज्रिन्त्स॒नये॒ धना॑नां॒ त्वया॑ व॒यम॒र्य आ॒जिं ज॑येम ॥३॥
imaṁ yajñaṁ tvam asmākam indra puro dadhat saniṣyasi kratuṁ naḥ | śvaghnīva vajrin sanaye dhanānāṁ tvayā vayam arya ājiṁ jayema ||
इ॒मम्। य॒ज्ञम्। त्वम्। अ॒स्माक॑म्। इ॒न्द्र॒। पु॒रः। दध॑त्। स॒नि॒ष्य॒सि॒। क्रतु॑म्। नः॒। श्व॒घ्नीऽइ॑व। व॒ज्रि॒न्। स॒नये॑। धना॑नाम्। त्वया॑। व॒यम्। अ॒र्यः। आ॒जिम्। ज॒ये॒म॒ ॥३॥

हे वज्रिन्निन्द्र ! यतोऽर्य्यस्त्वमस्माकमिमं यज्ञं पुरश्च दधत् सन्नोऽस्माकं क्रतुं सनिष्यसि तस्मात्त्वया सह वयं धनानां सनये श्वघ्नीवाऽऽजिञ्जयेम ॥३॥

O Indra (Commander of the army who gives abundant wealth)! you know the use of weapons and missiles, as you are the master of the army, and uphold this our Yajna (in the form of the discharge of the duties regarding the administration of the State) and our duties. You share our intellect. May we be the victorious in battles with you, like a wolf gets over a goat, and share the wealth with you ?
