प॒रा॒य॒तीं मा॒तर॒मन्व॑चष्ट॒ न नानु॑ गा॒न्यनु॒ नू ग॑मानि। त्वष्टु॑र्गृ॒हे अ॑पिब॒त्सोम॒मिन्द्रः॑ शतध॒न्यं॑ च॒म्वोः॑ सु॒तस्य॑ ॥३॥
parāyatīm mātaram anv acaṣṭa na nānu gāny anu nū gamāni | tvaṣṭur gṛhe apibat somam indraḥ śatadhanyaṁ camvoḥ sutasya ||

यथेन्द्रस्त्वष्टुर्गृहे सुतस्य शतधन्यं सोमं चम्वोरपिबत् परायतीं मातरं नाऽन्वचष्ट तथाऽहं न्वनुगानि तथाऽहं नानुगमानि ॥३॥

Maintaining of the army for the Indra (King or Commander-in-chief of the Army) is underlined.
The Indra (Commander of the Army) is the destroyer of enemies, drinks the Soma juice. It is very valuable, invigorating, placed in-between the armies and extracted in the house of an enlightened person (Vaidya). It never neglects, rather serves whole-heartedly the dying mother (decaling the state in their motherland). I should also emulate and should not adopt the "ways of the wicked persons.
