भि॒नद्गि॒रिं शव॑सा॒ वज्र॑मि॒ष्णन्ना॑विष्कृण्वा॒नः स॑हसा॒न ओजः॑। वधी॑द्वृ॒त्रं वज्रे॑ण मन्दसा॒नः सर॒न्नापो॒ जव॑सा ह॒तवृ॑ष्णीः ॥३॥
bhinad giriṁ śavasā vajram iṣṇann āviṣkṛṇvānaḥ sahasāna ojaḥ | vadhīd vṛtraṁ vajreṇa mandasānaḥ sarann āpo javasā hatavṛṣṇīḥ ||
भि॒नत्। गि॒रिम्। शव॑सा। वज्र॑म्। इ॒ष्णन्। आ॒विः॒ऽकृ॒ण्वा॒नः। स॒ह॒सानः। ओजः॑। वधी॑त्। वृ॒त्रम्। वज्रे॑ण। म॒न्द॒सा॒नः। सर॑न्। आपः॑। जव॑सा। ह॒तऽवृ॑ष्णीः ॥३॥

हे राजन् ! यथा सूर्य्यो गिरिं भिनद्वज्रेण वृत्रं वधीत् तद्धतान्मेघाद्धतवृष्णीरापो जवसा सरंस्तथैव मन्दसानः सहसान ओज आविष्कृण्वानो वज्रमिष्णञ्छवसा शत्रुसेनां विदारय च सेनया शत्रून् हत्वा रुधिराणि प्रवाहय ॥३॥

The attributes of a king are underlined.
O king ! the sun breaks down a cloud and destroys it with its rays. From that shattered cloud, the waters whose obstruction was destroyed rush forth with rapidity. In the same manner, gladdening all good persons, putting up with all difficulties, manifesting your energy, hurl your powerful weapons. It is like the rays of the sun shatters the army of the foes into pieces with your strength and having destroyed the enemies make their blood flow.
