अच्छा॑ क॒विं नृ॑मणो गा अ॒भिष्टौ॒ स्व॑र्षाता मघव॒न्नाध॑मानम्। ऊ॒तिभि॒स्तमि॑षणो द्यु॒म्नहू॑तौ॒ नि मा॒यावा॒नब्र॑ह्मा॒ दस्यु॑रर्त ॥९॥
acchā kaviṁ nṛmaṇo gā abhiṣṭau svarṣātā maghavan nādhamānam | ūtibhis tam iṣaṇo dyumnahūtau ni māyāvān abrahmā dasyur arta ||
अच्छ॑। क॒विम्। नृ॒ऽम॒नः॒। गाः॒। अ॒भिष्टौ॑। स्वः॑ऽसाता। म॒घ॒ऽव॒न्। नाध॑मानम्। ऊ॒तिऽभिः॑। तम्। इ॒ष॒णः॒। द्यु॒म्नऽहू॑तौ। नि। मा॒याऽवा॑न्। अब्र॑ह्मा। दस्युः॑। अ॒र्त॒ ॥९॥

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
मायावान् 'अब्रह्मा व दस्यु' का विनाश

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे नृमणो मघवन् ! स्वर्षाता त्वमूतिभिरभिष्टौ द्युम्नहूतौ गा नाधमानं कविं चाच्छेषणो यो मायावानब्रह्मा दस्युरर्त्त तं त्वं नीषणो निस्सारय ॥९॥

The attributes of learned person are underlined.
O king ! your mind devoted to the advancement and welfare of people, possess abundant wealth, and have attained happiness. You should prompt in the activities of fulfilling noble desires and in the acquirement of wealth and earning good reputation. A wise man tries to make his speech divine and effective in order to earn the wealth of wisdom. A man of wicked nature, endowed with evil intellect and does not know the Vedas would perish. Keep away or banish such a wicked person from your State.
