हं॒साइ॑व कृणुथ॒ श्लोक॒मद्रि॑भि॒र्मद॑न्तो गी॒र्भिर॑ध्व॒रे सु॒ते सचा॑। दे॒वेभि॑र्विप्रा ऋषयो नृचक्षसो॒ वि पि॑बध्वं कुशिकाः सो॒म्यं मधु॑॥
haṁsā iva kṛṇutha ślokam adribhir madanto gīrbhir adhvare sute sacā | devebhir viprā ṛṣayo nṛcakṣaso vi pibadhvaṁ kuśikāḥ somyam madhu ||
हं॒साःऽइ॑व। कृ॒णु॒थ॒। श्लोक॑म्। अद्रि॑ऽभिः। मद॑न्तः। गीः॒ऽभिः। अ॒ध्व॒रे। सु॒ते। सचा॑। दे॒वेभिः॑। वि॒प्राः॒। ऋ॒ष॒यः॒। नृ॒ऽच॒क्ष॒सः॒। वि। पि॒ब॒ध्व॒म्। कु॒शि॒काः॒। सो॒म्यम्। मधु॑॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं।
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
विप्र-ऋषि-नृचक्षाः
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे कुशिका नृचक्षस ऋषयो विप्रा ! यूयं सुतेऽध्वरेऽद्रिभिर्मदन्तः सन्तो देवेभिः सह श्लोकं हंसाइव कृणुथ सत्यस्य सचा वर्त्तध्वं सोम्यं मधु विपिबध्वम् ॥१०॥

The duties of the enlightened persons are elaborated.
O learned persons ! you draw the essence of the fundamental principles of all sciences. you seers by nature examine many knowers of the meaning of all mantras, geniuses, rejoicing in the non-violent Yajnas (in the form of the study and teaching the enlightened men). You utter noble and sweet words like the swans. You behave truthfully and drink the sweet juice and enjoy prosperity.
