इन्द्र॒ सोमाः॑ सु॒ता इ॒मे तव॒ प्र य॑न्ति सत्पते। क्षयं॑ च॒न्द्रास॒ इन्द॑वः॥
indra somāḥ sutā ime tava pra yanti satpate | kṣayaṁ candrāsa indavaḥ ||
इन्द्र॑। सोमाः॑। सु॒ताः। इ॒मे। तव॑। प्र। य॒न्ति॒। स॒त्ऽप॒ते॒। क्षय॑म्। च॒न्द्रासः॑। इन्द॑वः॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं।

चन्द्रास:-इन्दवः [उल्लास व शक्ति]
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे सत्पते इन्द्र राजन् ! य इमे चन्द्रास इन्दवः सुताः सोमास्तव क्षयं प्रयन्ति ताँस्त्वं सेवस्व ॥४॥

The attributes and duties of the ruler and people are stated.
O Indra (Knower of all the medical science). and O protector of good people! these various drugs and other things which have been prepared thoughtfully, which bestow joy and are full of sap come to your abode. Take them in the manner prescribed by the experts.
