शु॒नं हु॑वेम म॒घवा॑न॒मिन्द्र॑म॒स्मिन्भरे॒ नृत॑मं॒ वाज॑सातौ। शृ॒ण्वन्त॑मु॒ग्रमू॒तये॑ स॒मत्सु॒ घ्नन्तं॑ वृ॒त्राणि॑ सं॒जितं॒ धना॑नाम्॥
śunaṁ huvema maghavānam indram asmin bhare nṛtamaṁ vājasātau | śṛṇvantam ugram ūtaye samatsu ghnantaṁ vṛtrāṇi saṁjitaṁ dhanānām ||
शु॒नम्। हु॒वे॒म॒। म॒घवा॑नम्। इन्द्र॑म्। अ॒स्मिन्। भरे॑। नृऽत॑मम्। वाज॑ऽसातौ। शृ॒ण्वन्त॑म्। उ॒ग्रम्। ऊ॒तये॑। स॒मत्ऽसु॑। घ्नन्त॑म्। वृ॒त्राणि॑। स॒म्ऽजित॑म्। धना॑नाम्॥

हे मनुष्या यथा वयमूतयेऽस्मिन्वाजसातौ भरे शुनं मघवानं शृण्वन्तं नृतममुग्रं समत्सु घ्नन्तं वृत्राणि ददतं धनानां सञ्जितमिन्द्रं हुवेम तथैतं यूयमप्याह्वयत ॥१०॥

The same subject of common duties of the rulers and ruled is continued.
We aim at in this State to be supported by all, where truth and falsehood are verified and happiness is created by the mutual help of the king and the people and the wealthy Vaishyas. The Indra listens to the requests of all, he is an admirable leader, and is fierce in destructing of sins. He slays enemies in the battle, gives wealth on achieving the victory. So you should also do.
