म॒हाँ उ॒ग्रो वा॑वृधे वी॒र्या॑य स॒माच॑क्रे वृष॒भः काव्ये॑न। इन्द्रो॒ भगो॑ वाज॒दा अ॑स्य॒ गावः॒ प्र जा॑यन्ते॒ दक्षि॑णा अस्य पू॒र्वीः॥
mahām̐ ugro vāvṛdhe vīryāya samācakre vṛṣabhaḥ kāvyena | indro bhago vājadā asya gāvaḥ pra jāyante dakṣiṇā asya pūrvīḥ ||
म॒हान्। उ॒ग्रः। व॒वृ॒धे॒। वी॒र्या॑य। स॒म्ऽआच॑क्रे। वृ॒ष॒भः। काव्ये॑न। इन्द्रः॑। भगः॑। वा॒ज॒ऽदाः। अ॒स्य॒। गावः॑। प्र। जा॒य॒न्ते॒। दक्षि॑णाः। अ॒स्य॒। पू॒र्वीः॥

The same subject of right conduct is continued.
Indra is the wealthy person and he gives food and other things to the needy and deserving. He deserves to be served and is great, mighty, lucky and splendid. He augments his power by the study of the Shastras written by the geniuses. He unites all. His cattle are of high pedigree and are givers of good milk. Many of them are his gifts in sacrificial acts received in donations.
