इन्द्र॒ ओष॑धीरसनो॒दहा॑नि॒ वन॒स्पतीँ॑रसनोद॒न्तरि॑क्षम्। बि॒भेद॑ ब॒लं नु॑नु॒दे विवा॒चोऽथा॑भवद्दमि॒ताभिक्र॑तूनाम्॥

What should a king and others do is told.
Let Indra (mighty king) divide the days (make a time-table to plan out all activities.) Let him extract juice of the herbs and plants like the Soma, Pippal etc. Let him make arrangement to have rains from the firmament by creating clouds (through the Yajnas), and diminish his foes like cloud. Let him utter inspiring words and be the controller of his powerful and active adversaries.
