प्र॒वाच्यं॑ शश्व॒धा वी॒र्यं१॒॑ तदिन्द्र॑स्य॒ कर्म॒ यदहिं॑ विवृ॒श्चत्। वि वज्रे॑ण परि॒षदो॑ जघा॒नाय॒न्नापोऽय॑नमि॒च्छमा॑नाः॥
pravācyaṁ śaśvadhā vīryaṁ tad indrasya karma yad ahiṁ vivṛścat | vi vajreṇa pariṣado jaghānāyann āpo yanam icchamānāḥ ||
प्र॒ऽवाच्य॑म्। श॒श्व॒धा। वी॒र्य॑म्। तत्। इन्द्र॑स्य। कर्म॑। यत्। अहि॑म्। वि॒ऽवृ॒श्चत्। वि। वज्रे॑ण। प॒रि॒ऽषदः॑। ज॒घा॒न॒। आय॑न्। आपः॑। अय॑नम्। इ॒च्छमा॑नाः॥

हे मनुष्या यः सूर्य्योऽहिं विवृश्चद्यदिन्द्रस्य वीर्य्यं कर्मास्ति तच्छश्वधा प्रवाच्यं यथा वज्रेण हता मेघस्याऽऽपोऽयनमायन् मेघं विजघान तथैवेच्छमानाः परिषदः कुर्य्युः ॥७॥

What should a man do is told.
O men! the great heroic deed of the Sun is ever to be admired. He cuts into pieces the clouds. The waters of the cloud struck by the rays of the sun come down on earth. The sun destroys the clouds. In the same manner, a king should destroy all his wicked enemies, so that the councils or their members may do what they desire in the interest of the States.
