ए॒ना व॒यं पय॑सा॒ पिन्व॑माना॒ अनु॒ योनिं॑ दे॒वकृ॑तं॒ चर॑न्तीः। न वर्त॑वे प्रस॒वः सर्ग॑तक्तः किं॒युर्विप्रो॑ न॒द्यो॑ जोहवीति॥
enā vayam payasā pinvamānā anu yoniṁ devakṛtaṁ carantīḥ | na vartave prasavaḥ sargataktaḥ kiṁyur vipro nadyo johavīti ||
ए॒ना। व॒यम्। पय॑सा। पिन्व॑मानाः। अनु॑। योनि॑म्। दे॒वऽकृ॑तम्। चर॑न्तीः। न। वर्त॑वे। प्र॒ऽस॒वः। सर्ग॑ऽतक्तः। कि॒म्ऽयुः। विप्रः॑। न॒द्यः॑। जो॒ह॒वी॒ति॒॥

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं।

या एना पयसा पिन्वमाना देवकृतं योनिमनु सञ्चरन्तीर्नद्यो वर्त्तवे न भवन्ति न निवर्त्तन्ते ता वयं प्राप्नुयाम। यः सर्गतक्तः प्रसवः किंयुर्विप्रो जोहवीति सोऽस्मान्प्राप्नुयात् ॥४॥

The Subject of rivers and female teachers and preachers continues.
These rivers fertilizing and irrigating the lands with water (and fresh earth. Ed.) and feeding thirsty men they flow as ordained by God do not wait for acceptance and do not refrain from their God-appointed duty. Likewise, let us utilize them properly. Let these teachers and preachers be like these benevolent rivers studying the God-revealed Shastra (Veda) and discharging their duties properly. Let ue have good infants with cheerful smiles at their birth, who in due course desire the knowledge of everything and are extraordinarily wise. These infants utter sweet words while addressing their mothers who are benevolent like rivers.
