अग्ने॒ यत्ते॑ दि॒वि वर्चः॑ पृथि॒व्यां यदोष॑धीष्व॒प्स्वा य॑जत्र। येना॒न्तरि॑क्षमु॒र्वा॑त॒तन्थ॑ त्वे॒षः स भा॒नुर॑र्ण॒वो नृ॒चक्षाः॑॥
agne yat te divi varcaḥ pṛthivyāṁ yad oṣadhīṣv apsv ā yajatra | yenāntarikṣam urv ātatantha tveṣaḥ sa bhānur arṇavo nṛcakṣāḥ ||
अग्ने॑। यत्। ते॒। दि॒वि। वर्चः॑। पृ॒थि॒व्याम्। यत्। ओष॑धीषु। अ॒प्ऽसु। आ। य॒ज॒त्र॒। येन॑। अ॒न्तरि॑क्षम्। उ॒रु। आ॒ऽत॒तन्थ॑। त्वे॒षः। सः। भा॒नुः। अ॒र्ण॒वः। नृ॒ऽचक्षाः॑॥

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे यजत्राग्ने ! ते दिवि यद्वर्चो यत्पृथिव्यां यदोषधीषु यदप्स्वा वर्तते येनोर्वन्तरिक्षमाततन्थ स त्वं त्वेषो भानुरर्णव इव नृचक्षा भव ॥२॥

More attributes of Agni are told.
O learned person shining like the fire ! O unifier ! the splendor that is in your light (of knowledge ) , the splendor that is on the earth i.e., in the herbs or plants, and in the water, it has extended the vast firmament. You should be like the resplendent and refulgent, like the sun and deep like the ocean and be observer of men in their true perspective.
