इन्द्रा॑ग्नी रोच॒ना दि॒वः परि॒ वाजे॑षु भूषथः। तद्वां॑ चेति॒ प्र वी॒र्य॑म्॥
indrāgnī rocanā divaḥ pari vājeṣu bhūṣathaḥ | tad vāṁ ceti pra vīryam ||
इन्द्रा॑ग्नी॒ इति॑। रो॒च॒ना। दि॒वः। परि॑। वाजे॑षु। भू॒ष॒थः॒। तत्। वा॒म्। चे॒ति॒। प्र। वी॒र्य॑म्॥

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।

हे सेनासेनाध्यक्षौ ! यथेन्द्राग्नी दिवो रोचना परिभूषथस्तथा वाजेषु विजयेन सेनाजना युवां परिभूषन्तु तद्वां प्रवीर्य्यञ्चेति ॥९॥
