श्रेष्ठो॑ जा॒तस्य॑ रुद्र श्रि॒यासि॑ त॒वस्त॑मस्त॒वसां॑ वज्रबाहो। पर्षि॑ णः पा॒रमंह॑सः स्व॒स्ति विश्वा॑ अ॒भी॑ती॒ रप॑सो युयोधि॥
śreṣṭho jātasya rudra śriyāsi tavastamas tavasāṁ vajrabāho | parṣi ṇaḥ pāram aṁhasaḥ svasti viśvā abhītī rapaso yuyodhi ||
श्रेष्ठः॑। जा॒तस्य॑। रु॒द्र॒। श्रि॒या। अ॒सि॒। त॒वःऽत॑मः। त॒वसा॑म्। व॒ज्र॒बा॒हो॒ इति॑ वज्रऽबाहो। पर्षि॑। नः॒। पा॒रम्। अंह॑सः। स्व॒स्ति। विश्वाः॑। अ॒भिऽइ॑तीः। रप॑सः। यु॒यो॒धि॒॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे वज्रबाहो रुद्र यतस्त्वं तवसां तवस्तमो जातस्य श्रेष्ठः श्रिया सह वर्त्तमानोऽसि नोऽस्मानंहसो रपसः पारं पर्षि विश्वाः पीडा युयोधि स्वस्ति जनयसि तस्मादस्माभिः सत्कर्त्तव्योऽसि ॥३॥

More about the physician is underlined.
O physician ! you make our arms (hands) strong and cure us from all sorts of diseases. Therefore, you are the mightiest among the mighty, and consequently are praised in the whole world because of your loveliness. You cure us from the ills, resultant of unwholesome diet or wrong way of living, and thus remove our aches and pains. Because you provide us health and happiness, you are worthy to be respected by us.
