गोमा॑तरो॒ यच्छु॒भय॑न्ते अ॒ञ्जिभि॑स्त॒नूषु॑ शु॒भ्रा द॑धिरे वि॒रुक्म॑तः। बाध॑न्ते॒ विश्व॑मभिमा॒तिन॒मप॒ वर्त्मा॑न्येषा॒मनु॑ रीयते घृ॒तम् ॥
gomātaro yac chubhayante añjibhis tanūṣu śubhrā dadhire virukmataḥ | bādhante viśvam abhimātinam apa vartmāny eṣām anu rīyate ghṛtam ||
गोऽमा॑तरः॑। यत्। शु॒भय॑न्ते। अ॒ञ्जिऽभिः॑। त॒नूषु॑। शु॒भ्राः। द॒धि॒रे॒। वि॒रुक्म॑तः। बाध॑न्ते। विश्व॑म्। अ॒भि॒ऽमा॒तिन॑म्। अप॑। वर्त्मा॑नि। ए॒षा॒म्। अनु॑। री॒य॒ते॒। घृ॒तम् ॥

हे मनुष्या ! यद्ये गोमातरो विरुक्मतः शुभ्रा वीरा यथा मरुतस्तनूष्वञ्जिभिः शुभयन्ते विश्वमनुदधिर एषां सकाशाद् घृतं रीयते वर्त्मानि यान्ति तथाऽभिमातिनमपबाधन्ते तैः सह यूयं विजयं लभध्वम् ॥ ३ ॥

O men, when these brave persons who regard earth or the cow as their mother, resplendent and pure, adorn themselves with knowledge and other virtues and bright ones put bright weapons on their bodies, they drive away every adversary. The rain streams along their path. The president of the State and other officers should get victory with their aid.
