ह्र॒दं न हि त्वा॑ न्यृ॒षन्त्यू॒र्मयो॒ ब्रह्मा॑णीन्द्र॒ तव॒ यानि॒ वर्ध॑ना। त्वष्टा॑ चित्ते॒ युज्यं॑ वावृधे॒ शव॑स्त॒तक्ष॒ वज्र॑म॒भिभू॑त्योजसम् ॥
hradaṁ na hi tvā nyṛṣanty ūrmayo brahmāṇīndra tava yāni vardhanā | tvaṣṭā cit te yujyaṁ vāvṛdhe śavas tatakṣa vajram abhibhūtyojasam ||
ह्र॒दम्। न। हि। त्वा॒। नि॒ऽऋ॒षन्ति॑। ऊ॒र्मयः॑। ब्रह्मा॑णि। इ॒न्द्र॒। तव॑। यानि॑। वर्ध॑ना। त्वष्टा॑। चि॒त्। ते॒। युज्य॑म्। व॒वृ॒धे॒। शवः॑। त॒तक्ष॑। वज्र॑म्। अ॒भिभू॑तिऽओजसम् ॥

हे इन्द्र ! ते वर्द्धना ब्रह्माण्यूर्मयो ह्रदं न न्यृषन्ति यथा हि त्वष्टा ज्योतींषि शवोऽभिभूत्योजसं युज्यं वज्रं प्रहृत्य सर्वान् पदार्थान् ततक्ष तक्षति तथा त्वं भव ॥ ७ ॥

O President of the Assembly, that art like electricity or the lightning. As the sun increases the strength of a man by the association of his rays, and enables a powerful weapon to be made that can destroy a mighty enemy, thou shouldst be like that.
