त्रि॒व॒न्धु॒रेण॑ त्रि॒वृता॑ सु॒पेश॑सा॒ रथे॒ना या॑तमश्विना । कण्वा॑सो वां॒ ब्रह्म॑ कृण्वन्त्यध्व॒रे तेषां॒ सु शृ॑णुतं॒ हव॑म् ॥
trivandhureṇa trivṛtā supeśasā rathenā yātam aśvinā | kaṇvāso vām brahma kṛṇvanty adhvare teṣāṁ su śṛṇutaṁ havam ||

उससे सिद्ध किये हुए यान से क्या करना चाहिये इस विषय का उपदेश अगले मंत्र में किया है।

(त्रिबंधुरेण) त्रीणि बन्धुराणि बंधनानि यस्मिंस्तेन (त्रिवृता) त्रिभिः शिल्पक्रियाप्रकारैः प्रपूरितस्तेन (सुपेशसा) शोभनं पेशो रूपं हिरण्यं वा यस्मिन् तेन। पेश इतिरूपना०। निघं० ३।७। हिरण्यना० च निघं० १।२। (रथेन) विमानादिना (आ) अभितः (यातम्) गच्छतम् (अश्विना) अग्निजले इव वर्त्तमानौ (कण्वासः) मेधाविनः (वाम्) एतयोः सकाशात् (ब्रह्म) अन्नम्। ब्रह्मेत्यन्नना० निघं० २।७। (कृण्वन्ति) कुर्वन्ति (अध्वरे) संगते शिल्पक्रियासिद्धे याने (तेषाम्) मेधाविनाम् (सु) शोभनार्थे (शृणुतम्) (हवम्) ग्राह्यं विद्याशब्दसमूहम् ॥२॥

What should be done with what has been accomplished by them (Ashvins) is taught in the 2nd Mantra.

Come O Ashvins (President of the Assembly and the Commander of the Army) who are like the fire and the water, with your three-columned, triangular chariot like aero plane etc. beautiful of form and full of gold and other metals, as highly intelligent persons do with their charming chariots manufactured with the help of technology, going from country to country and coming back and producing food materials. Listen to their words of wisdom and increase growth of food and other kinds of prosperity.
