ज॒म्भय॑तम॒भितो॒ राय॑त॒: शुनो॑ ह॒तं मृधो॑ वि॒दथु॒स्तान्य॑श्विना। वाचं॑वाचं जरि॒तू र॒त्निनीं॑ कृतमु॒भा शंसं॑ नासत्यावतं॒ मम॑ ॥
jambhayatam abhito rāyataḥ śuno hatam mṛdho vidathus tāny aśvinā | vācaṁ-vācaṁ jaritū ratninīṁ kṛtam ubhā śaṁsaṁ nāsatyāvatam mama ||
ज॒म्भय॑तम्। अ॒भितः॑। राय॑तः। शुनः॑। ह॒तम्। मृधः॑। वि॒दथुः॑। तानि॑। अ॒श्वि॒ना॒। वाच॑म्ऽवाचम्। ज॒रि॒तुः। र॒त्निनी॑म्। कृ॒त॒म्। उ॒भा। शंस॑म्। ना॒स॒त्या॒। अ॒व॒त॒म्। मम॑ ॥ १.१८२.४

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है ।
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
भौंकनेवाले कुत्ते का विनाश
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ।
हे नासत्याश्विना यौ युवां शुनो रायतो दुष्टानभितो जम्भयतं मृधो हतं तानि विदथुर्जरितू रत्निनीं वाचंवाचञ्च विदथुः। शंसं कृतं तावुभा मम वाणीमवतम् ॥ ४ ॥

Only strong and implementators of sermons protect the people.
O teachers and preachers! pervading in the power of knowledge, you annihilate wicked persons who are like the barking mad dogs. Slay those who battle against us. (the external and eternal enemies in the form of lust, anger, pride and jealousy etc.). You know them well through teachers and preachers, who are worshippers of God with their illuminating speech. O absolutely truthful enlightened persons ! protect my praises.
