उ॒द्वत्स्व॑स्मा अकृणोतना॒ तृणं॑ नि॒वत्स्व॒पः स्व॑प॒स्यया॑ नरः। अगो॑ह्यस्य॒ यदस॑स्तना गृ॒हे तद॒द्येदमृ॑भवो॒ नानु॑ गच्छथ ॥
udvatsv asmā akṛṇotanā tṛṇaṁ nivatsv apaḥ svapasyayā naraḥ | agohyasya yad asastanā gṛhe tad adyedam ṛbhavo nānu gacchatha ||
उ॒द्वत्ऽसु॑। अ॒स्मै॒। अ॒कृ॒णो॒त॒न॒। तृण॑म्। नि॒वत्ऽसु॑। अ॒पः। सु॒ऽअ॒प॒स्यया॑। न॒रः॒। अगो॑ह्यस्य। यत्। अस॑स्तन। गृ॒हे। तत्। अ॒द्य। इ॒दम्। ऋ॒भ॒वः॒। न। अनु॑। ग॒च्छ॒थ॒ ॥ १.१६१.११

अन्नोत्पत्ति व जल-प्राप्ति
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ।
हे नरो यूयं स्वपस्ययाऽस्मै निवत्सूद्वत्सु तृणमपश्चाकृणोतन। हे ऋभवो यूयं यदगोह्यस्य गृहे वस्त्वऽस्ति तन्नासस्तनाद्येदमनुगच्छथ ॥ ११ ॥

Water management is underlined.
O leaders! make the grass to grow upon the high places for feeding the cattle. Cause the waters stored in tanks, lake etc. in low places for the promotion of the good works, drinking water facilities for the cows and other cattle wealth and birds, as well as for irrigation. O wisemen! do not take away anything which does not belong to you even if it is in the house of a careless person. If any such thing comes in your notice, at once hand it over to its real master.
