स हि शर्धो॒ न मारु॑तं तुवि॒ष्वणि॒रप्न॑स्वतीषू॒र्वरा॑स्वि॒ष्टनि॒रार्त॑नास्वि॒ष्टनि॑:। आद॑द्ध॒व्यान्या॑द॒दिर्य॒ज्ञस्य॑ के॒तुर॒र्हणा॑। अध॑ स्मास्य॒ हर्ष॑तो॒ हृषी॑वतो॒ विश्वे॑ जुषन्त॒ पन्थां॒ नर॑: शु॒भे न पन्था॑म् ॥
sa hi śardho na mārutaṁ tuviṣvaṇir apnasvatīṣūrvarāsv iṣṭanir ārtanāsv iṣṭaniḥ | ādad dhavyāny ādadir yajñasya ketur arhaṇā | adha smāsya harṣato hṛṣīvato viśve juṣanta panthāṁ naraḥ śubhe na panthām ||

हे विश्वे नरो यूयं हृषीवतो हर्षतोऽस्य यज्ञस्य शुभे न पन्थां जुषन्ताध यं केतुराददिरर्हणा हव्यान्यादन्मारुतं शर्धो नाप्नस्वतीपूर्वरास्वार्त्तनासु तुविष्वणिरिष्टनिरस्ति स स्मेष्टनिर्हि न्यायपन्थां प्राप्तुमर्हति ॥ ६ ॥

What should kings and others officers of the State do is told in the sixth Mantra.
O men, you should follow for the attainment of joy, the path of the Yajna (noble act) that is joyful and giver of delight. That man alone can tread upon the path of justice and prompt others to do so who is learned accepter of good things and virtues, eater of nourishing and good edibles offered with honor. He is deserving of veneration and mighty like the winds. He gives roble teachings to the women. who are of fair form, and whose conduct is truthful and who have good progeny. He is respectable as he is a good teacher. All men should follow him as they follow a path that leads to happiness.
