हे अश्विना युवं युवां पेदवेऽर्य्यो य इन्द्रजूतं जोहूत्रं वृषणं वीड्वङ्गमुग्रमभिभूतिं सहस्रसां श्वेतमश्वमहिहनमिव युवाभ्यां ददाति तस्मै सततं सुखमदत्तम् ॥ ९ ॥

O learned men and women, you should confer always. happiness upon the person who gives you for easy locomotion or going from place to place a horse in the form of electricity that is impelled by the PRESIDENT of the Assembly which is desired by all, which over-comes enemies when properly utilized in strong weapons which is irritable by the wicked foes, which can accomplish thousands of works, which is vigorous, which makes the limbs of the body strong, which is shining like the sun-disperser of the clouds and which can shower weapons upon the wicked enemies.
